We have recently changed the format of our Tech Help sessions in order to better serve our patrons. We no longer offer the twice a week “first come, first serve” format. Instead, patrons can now schedule a Tech Help Appointment by stopping in and filling out a Tech Help Request Form or calling the library for an appointment. Shortly after we receive the form, a staff member will call or email the patron to set up an appointment at the library.
These appointments can run up to 30 minutes and are ideal for patrons who want some detailed assistance with use of their computer or smartphone. While we can offer assistance with technology use, we cannot repair equipment.
