Spring has sprung at the Lincoln Township Public Library!
Whether you’re completely renovating your landscape or simply planting some flowers in pots, you can find the resources you need for spring at the library!
We have an entire section devoted to gardening – perfect for spring cleaning season! Books specializing in a certain plant, information about different garden types, and instruction manuals for caring for your garden are some of the materials you’ll find if you ‘dig through’ the collection. Happy gardening!
On the other side of the gardening shelves is the cooking section. It’s brimming with recipes perfect for a summer party, a community potluck, or a family barbecue. Just pick a book and start cooking your way to summer!
Registration is well underway for the Junior Friends program for teens. This program allows teens to help at the Summer Reading Program for volunteer credit. Junior Friends register kids and teens for the program, hand out incentives, and various other tasks. If you’re interested or know someone who may be interested, pick up an application at the front desk! As the weather turns for the better, the real ‘hot’ place to be this spring is your local library!
