If you’re looking for a way to improve both your physical and mental health, LTPL has two yoga programs coming up soon.
Yoga offers many health benefits, including:

On February 22, we will be hosting a Yin Yoga program, while Gentle Yoga and Meditation will be on March 20. Registration is required for both, and space is limited. Call us or stop in to sign up.
