Codes are used to help build various computer programs and can help with website building. Have you ever wanted to learn how coding works and where to start? Join LTPL’s Kyle Bartoszek for this special three-part tech class on coding, taught in the Python Programming language. No previous experience in writing computer code is necessary for the first class. Classes will be held on the following Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in August.
August 2nd – Part 1: Basics – Learn the fundamentals of writing computer code. In this class, we will cover how computers think, how to tell them what to do, and how to write simple and easy to understand code.
August 9th – Part 2: Special Operations – Learn how to make more advanced and useful code. In this class, we will cover how to make advanced structures in code, how to directly manipulate data, and how to save data.
August 16th – Part 3: Combined Code Operations – Learn how to make graphical elements and interactive media with code. In this class we will cover how to make graphical elements and interact with the Pygame graphics engine.
